Additional Information: The Washington Animal Rescue League is a welcoming place for animals and the people who love them.  WARL s 90th anniversary celebration kicked off the start of a building renovation which will transform the shelter into a cageless, state-of-the art facility.  WARL is a private, not-for-profit animal welfare organization that provides care and compassion to homeless animals.  
 
WARL s full-service Medical Center currently provides low-cost veterinary care for our shelter animals and pets of low-income guardians and provides competitive pricing for our adopters and current volunteers.
